This house has its own website, doesn't every house? It's just unbelievably gorgeous and has been painstakingly restored by the current owners. It's not our taste, necessarily, but we can appreciate its design details. Shockingly, it's in our price range, and believe it or not, it's our second choice, if our current house deal somehow falls through. What's the catch, you rightly ask... the neighborhood the house is in. Supposedly it's not so great, a little rough shall we say [I don't know what the equivalency is between a bad neighborhood in New York versus a bad neighborhood in Minneapolis, but I don't really want to find out]. Most of the houses around this gem are dilapidated looking and it's on a busy main street. Although it would sound pretty sweet to live on Park Avenue...
