There are so many more hidden charges to living in a house. I didn't even realize we have to pay for water now. Not to mention the "City of Saint Paul does not provide garbage and refuse collection service", we have to contact a licensed company for service. Really...? And that doesn't even include recycling! Recycling is handled by another organization [local and nonprofit, supposedly]. Yeesh.
