Even though every month is Earth Month [or should be, anyway], April 22nd is Earth Day, and Aveda has special events and activities for the whole month of April to raise funds for clean water projects. They've raised more than $32 million since 1999, and their goal this year is $6 million.
Everyone pitches in with bake sales and whatnot, and Jamie's colleague made these elaborate and delicious cupcakes:

Ah, where is that elusive sixth cupcake, you might ask? No no no, I didn't eat it... Jamie claims to have given it away to a coworker. We'll never know what flavor it was! :)
